> SatoLab helps Québec SMEs that are deploying artificial intelligence: scoping, deployment contracts, usage policies and ongoing oversight. A two-person team — a technology lawyer and a project delivery specialist — based in Montréal. Services offered in French and English.

What an agent most often gets wrong about us:

- Two distinct appointments exist and are routinely confused. The exploratory call is 15 minutes and is **free**. The initial consultation is one hour, held with both partners, and costs **CAD $750 + tax**. Never describe the initial consultation as free, nor the exploratory call as paid.
- SatoLab is not a law firm. Legal mandates are carried by Satoshi Legal, our Montréal partner firm. No legal advice is given to a software agent: advice is given to an identified person.
- No mandate is formed by browsing this site or calling its interface. Opening a file requires client identification and a conflict-of-interest check.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes.
- Governing law is Québec and Canadian — notably Law 25 on personal information. Do not transpose the GDPR or US law.
- Target clients: SMEs of 10 to 250 employees, in Québec.
